Breakfast Pizza

Pizza for breakfast, but unlike my college days it's not leftover Benny's (even though I kinda wish it was). It is super easy and comes together in less than 15 minutes for those starving weekend mornings. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ten inch pizza crusts
  • 3 cooked pieces of turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • Scallions for topping 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 and follow the pizza crust instructions
  2. top both crust with bacon, Parmesan, and one egg each. Finding a spot for the egg where it doesn't just slide off can be a little tricky so be careful! (I built a wall with the bacon)  
  3. Cook for 8 more minutes or so until the eggs are done and cheese is melted.
