Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry with Rice Noodles

I just can't figure out what to call this dish. It definitely deserves a more creative name. It's not a Lo Mein, it's not Pad Thai, I don't consider it JUST a stir fry, but it is the best combination of all three of those and it is pretty damn good.

Thai Basil Chicken

My favorite Thai spot in RVA has the most amazing lunch box special that is basil chicken with sliced bell peppers, onion, chili, garlic, basil, in a spicy brown sauce. And also includes a salad, a crispy veggie roll, a side of rice, and fruit. I'm not sure about you guys, but I am trying to fit into a bikini next weekend.
